Thanks guys. Update: the losers at Roadway Towing are giving me the run around so I filed a complaint and Claim with my insurance company. Now I have to wait until tomorrow when they get the parts in and see if anything else got fried. The dodge tech used a jumper and got the starter to turn over so I'm ruling that out. May be starter solenoid or somewhere between the ignition switch and starter. It was odd that before the jumper incident I was getting voltage at the starter when the key was turned. Hope they find it and it wasn't some random no start gremlin. Those are the worst!

Ya Wild, it recognized the key and when I pushed the start button it 1/4 cranked and froze. I thought maybe the brake switch which requires you to press the brake pedal before starting but I got voltage there. Also got voltage at the starter during key On. So I ruled out the Neutral safety switch. I popped the push button and used the key, man I tried it all to no avail.
On a plus side I had so much waiting around for the tow I timed myself De-modding the RT. pulled my $16 catchcan and Hypertech Interceptor in 5 min 14 seconds. Haha

Man that really sucks, bud, wtf is wrong with people these days. I would be looking up tow company and waiting for that pos to finish his shift. Give him a little scare, just for the down right satisfaction. Man hate these stories, fg customer service its just doesn't exist today, unless you fight tooth and nail first. Keep us posted man. I'm working my a$$ off doing up my rental all week, if you want to stop by and give me a hand, ill let ya take my R/T out for a few hours

Thanks Steve and Finny, dealership is a good one, my insurance is awesome just the crappy tow company. Love to bust a nut on that guy but should stay clear of jail at least until my daughter starts dating. Haha

Default Another thing to do...

Leave calm, factual negative reviews on their yelp and Google+ pages. Use the names of the people that are refusing to make things right. The Google page in particular will hurt their business. Many consumers read these reviews when looking for a service like this.

Make sure you are getting far enough up the totem pole that you are talking with someone that has the authority to fix the problem.

Better business bureau and consumer watchdog reporters at the local tv or newspapers may also be an option.
