What are you using, if you are using explorer 11 etc ... add that website to the compatibility list.

I've tried my Dell with IE11, Firefox and My MAC with Safari and Firefox.

The installer wont load with Safari.

Seems to load fine with The other Browsers. then nothing...

this is really weird.

I just checked for mine. It says my 12 with the 430n has no available updates. I figured thered be something for sure

Ok, maybe his is a dumb question but my 14' uconnect is connected to the internet, why won't it just update itself?

It's a 500MB+ file and it would take a long time to download and have to use your cell phone data plan. Also if it was interrupted in the middle of the download you'd probably be stuck with a blank screen until you can re-download it.

go to the link that Steel provided
after you hit the green "+" sign, there are two options:

check off windows (even if you are using a MAC)
it will download a PDF. the pdf will show you screen shots and its a good "how to"

download instructions <--- click this one first!
or
download installer
