I've tried IE and Mozzila Firefox. No luck.

Make sure you're allowing it to run scripts.

This is the browser compatibility notice on the website. Follow it to a T and you shouldn't have any problems.

This site is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 through 10.
Supported browsers include:

Windows:
IE11 (IE11 is not recommended and will only work in incompatibility mode.)
IE10
IE9 (Must select, "Show All Content")
IE8
Mozilla Firefox (Must disable protection on this page)
Google Chrome (Must enable, "Load unsafe Script")

Apple:
Safari
If you use an unsupported browser you may experience problems navigating and downloading the software from the site.

Also, FYI, if you're doing it right, there should be images at both the bottom and top of the webpage (you'll see it's essentially divided in thirds). If you don't see anything at the bottom and top (if it's just white), then you're not doing it right.

First picture: If it looks like this, you have a problem. Correct it before you go further.

2nd picture: This is what you need to click if you're using chrome.

3rd picture: This is what it should look like if you're doing it right.

Yea, no updates for my 2011. Was hoping for something to keep my pre-sets and home on the NAV. Already had the reflash done and still lose them.
