Default Ordered my new speakers

I am about to trade my 2012 for a 2014, so I ordered some new speakers for the new one. I ordered Massive audio speakers; CK 6x9 components for the front and RX6 coax for the rear. I am running Focal 6 1/2 components in the front and 6 1/2 coax in the rear of my 2012, they are very clean but not very good midbass, so after lots of research I ended up ordering the Massive audio, anybody else have any experience with these? What aftermarket speakers do you have? There are not too many options for good 6x9 components out there either and 6x9s offer way more bass than a 6 1/2. I also recently redid my sub box in the back and will be transferring that over to the new one as well.

Current Focal tweeters were a perfect fit in the factory location.

Amp compartment under rear cover (wires have been cleaned up), I made a fiberglass mold of the compartment and mounted the amps to the fiberglass.

Custom fiberglass box I made and painted it to match the exterior and flush mounted the Dodge grill emblem into the box as well to make it look factory

Cant wait to get the 2014 to get everything installed and hear the difference and get the new touch screen radio as well.

Never used the component speakers but I had poor results with the closed back pro audio speakers in my other truck and went back to the Pyles I was replacing. I am using their amps in my 2012 R/T and have used the nano series in many other installs. Best bang for the buck in my opinion.

I hated the infinity system that came in my truck. I blew everything up. I replaced everything with competition Kenwood components, Kenwood deck, bypassed the stock system amp, and have a Kenwood amp running the Alpine Type R i have in a custom box.

How do you like the Focal tweeters? I am thinking about adding a crossover and getting some tweeters in the stock location as well.

Focal tweets sound great, very loud and clear, I am just switching to get more mid bass and the Massive can handle a little more power. Adding the nice tweets in the stock location really help bring your sound stage up to eye level as well, def a must have!

Okay cool. Its just never been big on the list. I like loud and bass, but now that im getting older I want something a little more clear. I revamped a customers Mini Cooper, with rockford components, and it sounded amazing. He was pleased, and I began the thought of tweeters again.

Looks good but how are you going to take the jack-screw out of it's frame? Or did you change it's placement?)))

Jack-screw?
Do you mean the jack that is hidden behind the panel in the rear compartment? It is still there, I made that whole compartment so it can be lifted up while still connected (it is a fiberglass drop in with everything mounted to it), this way everything is still accessible, including the port to lower the spare tire.

Wise!)
By the way i've seen a photo of a DD on the web, that dude had kind of a shelf in his trunk with a dodge logo on it, and with audio equipment in it. Was looking really cool.
