Little update with pics....I did the crossed drilled / slotted rotors w/ ceramic pads.....and wow what a nice difference on stopping on all 4 corners. Looking at oewheels.com to get chrome 20" srt8 reps and see how they look. Would $1000.00 approx with locks, lugs, and stems a good price ?

Looks good. To me a $1000 is too much, but it's your money.

No way that much jkeaton. It cost for all 4 corners from Brake motive less than $400 here's the auction link on ebay 131079553150. Powerstop and Brakemotive.....one distributes and the other manufactures. I've been using their stuff for the last 5 vehicles and it's great stuff.

I used Powerstop on my F150, they are a nice rotor and never had any issues. The cross drilled and slotted add a nice performance look as well.

I think that would be a nice touch on an R/T, with the Red R/Ts, stitching, etc., not my taste on a Citadel with all chrome trim. Is there anything red on your truck for the calipers to match with ?

I understand what you mean plasmageorge about a citadel 's trim and the sport look of red calipers....but I looked a Porsche cayenne and yes I know that Porsche is synonymous with fast cars it is still an expensive suv with only thing red is the red calipers and front crossed drilled/slotted rotors. There isn't any other red accents on my D although I thought of changing the front grill emblem to the one with the dodge and red stripes. That will be my extent of red on D with the exception of brake lights. Lucas I can't agree with you more that bang for buck this package is worth it.

Very true about the red on the luxury package. What about color matching your calipers or even a nice glossy black, still better than the factory forged look.

Looks awesome! I have fake brembo covers on my calipers but i do not like them...
I want to do the same as you did! So you just painted the calipers and then had vinyl logos on them?
How does the vinyl handle high temp of the brakes? Please tell me if that's kind of permanent or just temporary?

I used a Rustoleum paint and ordered white vinyl decals off of ebay. I get lots of comments about them too, people think they are factory like that. I have had them done for a year now and paint is still perfect and vinyl is holding strong (I put the vinyl decal on while the paint was still damp so it would become part of the paint too).

I'm thinking of doing this too. Have the caliper covers but don't entirely trust them. Had them in there for several months but still.

Did you tape off the internal parts or just go to town? Any specifics to this?

Did you think about clear coat over the vinyl and paint?
