Default Help with grille??

So I sent a message to the seller asking if this is just the honeycomb or the complete grille & shell. I got a response of:
Hello,

The item will come exactly how it appears in the listing, so please be careful when purchasing.

Thank You

So my questions is can anyone tell is this just the honeycomb or the full grille? I want to paint mine black, but thought this might be a safer way to go incase I screw it up. Also, is this the 2013 and below or the 2014?

Looks to be just the grille, doesn't include the grille "trim".

So then this might still work, this way if I break the tabs on the original grille trying to separate it, then I could snap this one back in.

Other way around, the tabs are on the trim piece, not the grille shell.

This is just the honeycomb grill w/o any trim... I actually ordered this for my 2011 Citadel... And I'm pretty sure I'm out the $80 it cost me cause I think its for the 2014... The 2014 looks slightly different... Would a '14 grill shell work on a '11-13 D...?

I'm fairly certain the only things that are different with the 2014s are cosmetic... The underlying structure is the same... I've been thinking about doing a front end conversion on my 2011 to the 2014 (Bumper, grill, headlights) but all of its crazy expensive... From everything I've seen its the same underneath...
