I'm getting close to needing the change and called the dealer. He told me the plugs they stock for a 2012 Hemi are Champion with a part number of CPLZFR5C11. I could not find anything on this plug doing a google search. Aside from removing one of the plugs where could one find definitively what plug to order?

The dealer is ipacauto.com here in San Antonio. The guy on the phone quoted me $5 a plug and from what I can see on Amazon that could be a fair price for a plug nowadays. However I did find this:
Amazon.com: Champion REC12MCC4 (446) Copper Plus Spark Plug, Pack of 1: Automotive Amazon.com: Champion REC12MCC4 (446) Copper Plus Spark Plug, Pack of 1: Automotive

Amazon claims it'll fit my Durango but the only reviewer noted the identifying tool did not work for him.

Also found this:
Amazon.com: Pneumatic Spark Plug Cleaner: Automotive Amazon.com: Pneumatic Spark Plug Cleaner: Automotive

So if I clean my own plugs all I need do is re-gap them to 0.44?

TIA for any help.

I pulled one of the plugs from my 2012 5.7 Citadel and found NGK LZFR5C-11 stamped on the side of the plug. I checked the gap while I had it out and it was at .039 after 30K miles - the plug looks in great shape, plenty of electrode remaiing.
