Fog Light Bulbs wont snap back on. Help

those leds look seriously dim? ever try it on a bench power supply?

my guess is that they might be ~5w total power draw.

i put them on a bench power supply and they draw 15w each. You will be surprised at how little power the ones you bought from kbcarstuff actually put out. The ebay ones use cree xml-2 bulbs.

the white one in your picture looks like it has extra plastic in the 2 Oclock position. "not the tab" but the ridge from left to right

Yup...I trimmed all the tabs on the one that wouldn't go on. It seems to be holding after a 3 hour road trip and hitting some bumps in the local streets.

Looks way better.....
Just wish I had to trim the tabs before I started. LOL
