Is there an issue with the fitment where the hood meets the headlight meets the fender? It looks like the hood was designed for the 2012 headlight and that the 2014 may be slightly different. Not trying to nit-pick but it looks like there is approximately 1/2 inch of misalignment (?)

that's not a nit pick that's a pretty big deal imo!

yes it does seem to stick out a bit, all the other body lines, do line up properly though.

Ok that was the question I asked on the first page. I wonder if the 13' R/T fits better at the headlights?????

also looking back at my hood pictures BEFORE the carbon fiber, even the oem sticks out a bit, more or less like the new carbon fiber one

Something is wrong with your mounts then. It shouldn't stick out at all. Should line up with the fender.

My stock 14 hood also stuck out past the fenders... It's a Dodge, I expect this port fit and finish!

i looked through a 2014 photo thread on another durango forum, and i reckon atleast 90% of the 2014s look to have a hood that stuck past the fender, not sure if this was by design, because the headlights have a notch for it.

I had to loosen the hinge bolts on mine and align it properly the day I brought it home from the dealer....but I did t have any trouble getting it flush
