Default Blower update

Hey guys just to pass the word along..... I got an email from Ripp supercharges letting me know the Durango system from them will be corrected (tuning) and available again in 30 days. Apparently they finally got the tuning issues with it corrected. Just wanted to share for those that are interested.

$7000k for their Cherokee hemi kit plus install... not sure if that includes the tuning needed!

tuning is included with their kits, but they are the "canned" tunes that will be supplied with the diablo intune.
Thats good news LOL, being that i haven't been told by RIPP to get back in there for the new tuning. Guess i should give them a call to see when they want my test mule back in there! He did tell me that they got the Grand Cherokee WK2 with the supercharger back in there for final tweaks.

So on top of the supercharger and install, you have to pay for them to give you the custom tune?

i know for their srt program, they provide a few canned tunes, aka tunes they made for the car, if it were stock, if it had headers, if it had exhaust etc. So they are custom tuned for specific setups, but not specifically for the cars based on afr etc.

They did..... From their own email

rippmods@rippmods.com

I'd post the email but not sure how. I can forward it to someone if they'd like to post it.

I emailed them July 18th and on sept 25th got a return email from them simply stating "coming in about 30 days".

thanks, Ripp had told me that they are atleast 60 days out when i spoke earlier. Don't wait to get into too much details. I'm probably more anxious to have this done then anyone, considering they had my durango for nearly 2 months for development, to get held back due to some tuning kinks.
