Default 2014 durango auto comfort problem

For some reason the auto comfort hasn't been working lately in my fiancé truck. The feature is left on but when she starts it doesn't auto comfort. The option remote start heated steering wheel and seats doesn't seem to go on when remote starting. Thanks

First check in the EVIC settings to make sure it has not been turned off especially if you have done an update on the radio

Ya my fiancé puts it on and next day remote starts it and now it's not working. It used to do auto steering wheel heat and seats but not now. It's like it disable when it's remote started it shouldn't be doing that

Mine only preheats the wheel and seats if it detects the outside temp to be below a set temp
Same with the AC seats

2012 DD here, same problem. Last year remote control turned on the seat heat, but this year it doesn't... Did not change any EVIC settings or update any software. What seems to be the problem?...

Oops, just saw the latest messages about auto heating when it is cold outside) Yeup smart... I'll check this out when it becomes colder)
