Default So who's towing a boat?

I'm upgrading my boat and going from about 3,500 lbs to 4,800 lbs. I'm not concerned at all about towing it down the road, but what about the slippery inclined boat ramp?

Anyone been pulling a big boat out if the water with their 2wd Durango?

Guys...keep in mind OP is asking about the RWD only - he doesn't have AWD.

Not asking any more. The D put the boat in and pulled it out today on a very wet and steep ramp with zero issues. About 5,300 lbs when you count the weight of the people and fuel.

And now I officially am jealous. Not that you have a boat. That you have open water and the ability to use it in December.
