They come on when i turn the car to run and stay on until i turn it off.

 

Yes they do.

 

Well those are not factory installed lights, so i guess the problem is with the connection. Service where you installed them just connected the wires this way, that when the car turns on they turn on. You should connect them through your headlights so they will only turn on when u turn you lights on.

 

I just found a fuse that is on when the D is put on run and i hook it to it.

 

So You added the LED's at teh Bottom Grill and that is how you hooked them up...GOT IT

Yea, you cant see the LED unless they are on, because they are behind the lower part of the grill where the tow hooks suppose to go.
