The heated seats in my 2014 R/T seem a bit lackluster. The drivers one does warm up...just not quick or very hot...but its fine with me.

The heated steering wheel on the other hand....wowza...I have to turn that thing off after about 10 minutes. Love it though!

Have to try out the vented seats come summer...but its still coooooold here....maybe I can try them out when I drive to Florida next week

Is the Auto Heated Seats feature turned on in your vehicles or do you have it set so you turn them on manually?

If I remote start and it is cold enough they turn on automatically. Typically I manually turn them on. Where are we going with this?

I asked in order to present a possible documented fix to the issue. I have a photo of what I'm referencing attached below.

If this does not fix the issue, I recommend scheduling an appointment with your dealership specifically to diagnose this concern. Seeing as it's an intermittent issue, they may need to hang onto your vehicle for a longer period of time than the duration of an oil change in order to duplicate the issue. I'd also be happy to assist in scheduling an appointment with your dealership of choice and communicating with them regarding your issues; just let me know!

The Auto feature is turned on, and I also turn them on manually... Thanks for the info, I'll have to look at it on my days off...

Now that I re-read that tech bulletin, I think thats for a newer DUrango than I have... I don't control my heated seats via the touch screen... I have an actual button below the HVAC controls...
