Finally got them and installed them. They are amazing and put out an insane amount of light, much more than I expected. I didn't take a comparison picture, but the difference is ridiculous.

very nice!!! keep an eye on the reflector inside the fog light and let me know if the heat causes any discolor or deformation in the top of reflector...these should be much less heat than hids but still curious

Default Fitting Issues

Hi, have just received the above LED kit for the front fogs on my 2011 DD, but I am having issues with fitting the new bulbs into the existing bulb sockets.

The website and all other people on this post have said that their bulbs were plug and play. Even if I remove the red O-ring from around the bulbs, they still won't lock into the bulb sockets. I have applied a reasonable amount of force, but have already begun to bend the clips on the original bulb sockets, so I am uneasy about applying any more force.

Anybody have any issues like this with their mod? Also, any heat dissapation issues yet? As I live in the Middle East with air temperatures in the summer exceeding 50 celcius.

Thanks, Chris.
