Radiator Help
I'm not sure where exactly that image through the front grill was taken from, but are you sure that is not the A/C condenser that is collecting the oil? If so, maybe what you're seeing is actually residue from a leaking condenser. Does the air conditioning still work well?
That being stated, the oil in the A/C is typically more honey colored and probably would not have a reddish appearance, so maybe you have more than one leak.... I'd do a bit more investigation before ordering a radiator. Maybe you have a leaking hose that is squirting the condenser and making it appear that the condenser is leaking as well.

If it is like the hemi, what you are looking at is the a/c condenser/transmission cooler. They are one unit that does both. The transmission cooler side is leaking. I just had this replaced last week on my 2011 R/T For the same problem, looked just like yours. Cost was $600.00 out the door. $350 for OEM part and the rest is labor. They removed the front bumper, and they will have to purge and recharge A/C. Hope this helps.
Yep, I just checked the service manual and discovered that the trans cooler is integrated with the condenser. The manual says to remove the grill, hood latch, plastic air dams, and two radiator cross members to remove the cooler/condenser. The standard repair time is 1.8 hours (1.3 hours if warranty) plus labor to evacuate and recharge the A/C system afterwards.

I found this. Everything soo far is what im dealing with. i guess i need to find out if its leaking more when the ac is on.

The first picture you posted is a picture of the condenser /Trans cooler. Mine looked exactly like yours, same spot, drivers side upper. When you look down the hood latch opening you will see, front to back, power steering cooler (small, if equipped ) then condenser /Trans cooler, then radiator. the condenser /Trans cooler is what you took a picture of, that is not the radiator, as the radiator is behind it. A/C use should not effect the leak rate. Without knowing your fluid level, I would not drive it much prior to getting it fixed. Although the leak is slow you don't know how long it has leaked, or if your transmission was properly filled prior to the leak.
