Default Ticking noise - 3.6 138K

2011 Crew 3.6 with 138K. Purchased at 33K 2 years ago and have used synthetic oil every 5K oil change. No noise up until a week ago. Beyond power train warranty so looking at what i need to do to get this fixed. Noise is on left/driver side of engine.

Tune up at 101K. Air filter ever 10K miles. Oil changes every 5K miles. Recalls completed.

Was on allpar.com n moderator replied with this link so taking the durango into the dealer Nov 9th to determine if this is the issue. Hoping this is the cause and can eliminate the noise otherwise I am going to have to swap out the left cylinder head.

Default Left Cylinder Head 10 years/150,000 mile

My 2012 Durango (bought Dec 2011) had the left cylinder head replaced at 20,000 miles.
Today the Durango has 70,000+ miles.

Good to know you have 138K miles
