Like I said, that is where I got mine and it was legit. I was worried spending that much online but they were nice to work with. I called them prior to buying to talk to the guy and see why they were so much cheaper than all other quotes. He said they sell it for basically $100.00 over cost. He said once a week they will set down and do them as he only needs miles, VIN, and contact information. He said they do it as a quick money maker as it only take about 15 min for him to complete. So $100 for 15 min and we get a hell of a deal because all the other dealers charging way over cost. Win/win. It took about two weeks to show up on the owners link from the Dodge website under warranty. Good luck.

Good. If your Durango is anything like ours you will be taking advantage of that warranty lots!
I hated buying it (extended warranty) but it's cheap insurance to guarantee that we can keep the vehicle for another 5 years.

Does it make any difference in price when you add it when theres 1000 miles on the car or 35,000? As long as its before the original warranty is still in place is it the same price?

It's very minimal if I remember. A couple hundred if you buy before a certain time. Might be within the first year. Can't remember. Just mess with the mileage and see what it gives you.
