Hey! Thanks for responding. I would certainly prefer a USA company and product over Chinese stuff. $175.00 is a lot of money though. Will the interface do some of the other things mentioned on your website?

UPDATE...Navtool wanted $175.00 to open up nav and other things while driving, and access the back up camera. So I took a gamble and bought this streaming camera.
Amazon.com : New Wifi Rear View Camer, AGPtEK® WIFI in Car Backup Rear View Reversing Camera 1/3" Cmos Cam For Andriod IOS Device iphone ipad : Car Electronics Amazon.com : New Wifi Rear View Camer, AGPtEK® WIFI in Car Backup Rear View Reversing Camera 1/3" Cmos Cam For Andriod IOS Device iphone ipad : Car Electronics
The reviews weren't great but what the heck. Well, after testing it on the GTO battery, bingo! It works! Photos follow. The first shows an actual screen shot of the view from the camera. The others show the jury-rig mounting. I want to lend this to my brother so the install is not pretty but effective. I used a generic lighter plug to get power. The unit has 2 power wires and a ground. So I wound the 2 power wires together onto the power wire of the plug, and the ground to the ground side of the plug. The wire is soooo thin I soldered it to the connectors. The box has a QR code to take you to the app in the store. When you download the app nothing happens. The camera has to be powered on and as you know, the rear plug is hot only when the ignition is on. Once the camera is powered on you go to the iPhone WIFI settings and look for the camera. Once you select the camera you go back and open the app. Boom. There's the picture. I drove around with it for about 30 mins. I need to change my iPhone settings so that the phone doesn't power down while using the camera.
