Default Lack of heat coming from roof vents.

Who has experienced lack of heat coming from the roof vents? What was the remedy? Thanks in advance!

I have a 2013 Citadel exhibiting this issue. However, I brought it into the dealership for repair. My SA said they bleeded the engine coolant lines but when I picked up the truck. It exhibited the same problem. I am annoyed.

I don't see any TSB's relating to this. I recommend bringing it back to the dealer and letting them know that the same concern is still occurring. Don't hesitate to reach out to me if you would like assistance scheduling an appointment.

Thank you Dodge Cares. I will keep you informed of my progress. I just wish things get fixed the first time around. Everybody's time is valuable.
