Default Radio Buttons

I have a 2014 Citadel with whatever the high-end radio is. The radio station control buttons on the back of the left side of the steering wheel only work intermittently now. Some days just the down works, other days the up and down work, but not the preset advance. Some days none of them work. And every time I cycle the engine, the situation changes. The buttons themselves are cheap plastic, but seem to have good positive engagement. I almost think it's the control software in the radio. All hard and soft buttons on the radio itself along with the volume and mode buttons on the right side of the steering wheel work just fine. Anyone else experience this or possibly had it fixed? Thanks.

Hi JRRF,

I'm not familiar with this issue, but if you'd like to take the vehicle in to your dealership, I'm happy to help set up an appointment for you.

Yes it is under warranty.

Thanks Kori, I'll take it to the dealer, but on queue it will probably be working fine that day :-( I'll let you know if they can't find anything.

That does tend to happen, doesn't it...the worst! Please let me know how the visit goes and if I can offer any additional support.
