Default Folding In Mirrors

Who else is bummed this car does not come with this feature?
I had it on my 2012 Tahoe and loved it! I used them every time I parked.

Tahoe is wider, which is why they had the auto-fold. I'm pretty sure the Durango mirrors when extended are not as wide as the GM mirrors folded.

The Durango mirrors are not as wide as the GM mirrors folded. I traded in a 2007 Escalade for my Durango (one of the best decisions I've ever made). I had to fold the Escalade mirrors in to fit through my previous garage door, and even then it was a tight squeeze. The Durango fit no problem, even with the mirrors out.

What adds even more insult to injury, is the GC Overland (and on up) come with power folding mirrors. Same dimensions, hardware, and everything. Who wants to do a swap?

If you mean power folding outside mirrors, you're right; the Durango does not offer them. But, in my 2013, I can fold the mirrors manually, and I did so when I had the car parked on the street for several days and nights when the driveway was replaced.

Yeah, I have to say i wish it had that feature. I fold them at work all the time. Not because of the size of the Durango, more so because of the size of everyone else's pickup trucks.

Great reason plus parallel parking. I used it all the time on my Tahoe, wide streets or not. You just never know??
