My Durango has about 59000 mile. The check engine light came on. Did the check with the ignition turning on and off repeatedly. No codes appeared just blank lines then done. Does that mean it's something major??

 

Take it to an auto parts store and get the code read. That's the only way to find out for sure. You can buy a code reader for less than $20 these days. Best tool you can have. Once you get the code read, post it here, then we can help.

 

Took it to advance one it came back on got the code P0730. Googled it say something bout trainmission??? Getting towed to dealer appointment on 4/27/17

 

I took it to auto zone when check engine light came on got a code of p0730. How bad is it mean my transmission is blown?Have the easy care protection should be cover it next year.
