I have a 2014 Durango Citadel, recently the sunroof won't open. Checked the fuse under the hood and it looks fine. I thought I read that there is a reset procedure by pulling the fuse and pressing one of the buttons. Can anyone confirm if there is a reset for when the unit won't open?

Does your owners manual mention anything about that?

 

I've never seen an Owner's Manual that had service or troubleshooting information about a sunroof, typically they only cover operation only. Maybe a service manual if that's what you meant.
