i need brakes and rotors front and rear 2013 durango

2015 RT AWD: My brakes are pulsing upon use - about 60,000 miles. I'm assuming rotors (probably front, I can feel it a bit in the steering wheel more than my butt) need to be turned or replaced.

Has anyone here converted to a Brembo system? Would be interested to hear abut cost and difference in performance.
