Multiple issues after camshaft install
2011 Durango RT with 135,000 miles
I just finished installing a new camshaft and lifters. The engine seems to be running perfectly, and my OBDII is not showing any error codes, but I do have a few other weird issues.
Current problems:
1 Keyless start system requires 3 pushes to engage starter instead of one. (Key fob inside vehicle, brake pedal depressed, first push=ACC, second push=on, third push=starter engage)
2 Brake warning light flashes on and off for a minute or so after starting, then remains on. (parking brake is off, brakes seem to be working perfectly)
3 Electronic stability control warning light stays on continuously.
4 Tire pressure monitoring system light flashes on and off every 20-40 seconds
5 Check engine light intermittently flashes on (accompanied by a "ding") for a millisecond, then goes off. (happens intermittently and doesn't seem to be associated with engine rpm, or vehicle speed.
This is how I got to this point
CEL came on with code P0308 (cylinder 8 misfire), and engine began running rather rough. I eliminated all the easy fixes (plugs, coil, and injector) and came to the conclusion that it had to be caused by a valvetrain problem.
Although I have the capabilities, tools, and space to do so, I didn't have the time or desire to diagnose the problem any further myself, so I took it to the dealer to have them do the diagnosis. (and the sun visor recall)
Dealer diagnosed the problem as a bad lifter, and wiped cam lobe, and wanted $4600 to fix it. That was more than twice what I was prepared to spend on the repair, so I opted to fix it myself. They put it back together, took care of the recall, and I took it home.
I ordered the parts online and did the work myself. It took several weeks due to my time constraints, but I got it all back together and running well.
I am pretty sure the starting issue (3 button pushes required for starter to engage), and the ESC light began when I picked it up from the dealer, but I only drove it that one time before tearing it down, and at the time I was more concerned with just limping it home without doing any further damage, so my memory is a little fuzzy. I am not sure it the brake warning light, or the TPMS light was on at that point or not.
I am 99.5% certain that reconnected all the hoses, and electrical connections that I had disconnected to do the cam install. I haven't been able to find any disconnected sensors or vacuum hoses, and all the systems seem to be working properly (other than the warning lights).
The tires are all correctly inflated. I used a hand held gauge and made sure they were all at 36 psi, and the tire pressure readings on the dash agree with that.
So my question is, are all of these issues unrelated and just coincidence, or could they all be caused by the same reason? Could some or all of these issues have been caused by something the mechanic at the dealer did, or is it more likely that I screwed up something when putting it back together after the camshaft installation?
Sorry for the long post, and thanks in advance for any help.

The starting problem was caused by a missing fuse.
All the other problems were caused by a bent pin the connector for the radar sensor. I was able to repair the connector, and now everything works as it should.
