USB port not working?
Took delivery of a 2018 Durango R/T on Saturday. Spent afternoon Sunday breaking engine in and setting up various settings. Ran into problem with the USB ports, the 2 near the shifter at the bottom of the front console. Whatever I plug into it, I’m not getting any connection or charging power. I tried 2 iPhones, 2 different cables, and 1 Samsung with 2 different cables - all of them in either ports. The 12V power plug in the center console has power, but come to think of it, I don’t think I tried the 12V plug by those 2 USB ports (not sure if it’s pertinent or not...)
Manual says upon connecting a phone, either Apple CarPlay or the Android Car app will start. But alas, nothing.
any ideas?

Resolved - after recommendation from another forum, I gingerly pulled the bottom piece of the center console and eventually found a loose connector. Clocked it back in place and it worked. The bigger clue I missed was that the USB ports were not illuminated at night. Thus meant that they weren't connected at all...
