Default passenger seat

My 2011 DD Citadel's passenger seat has gone haywire. the sensor in the seat for belt alarm and the heat part of the seat wont work. 9 out of 10 days the sensor don't work, dealer said about $500 to fix --so i connect the belt--no problem. but would like it fixed-- now the heat--comes on for a minute then off, cool part of seat works great, have not looked at it, but seems like a loose wire. any ideas??
any how to 's as to a diy project? u tube or ??

Any chance there is a connection harness that you could clean out? Maybe a shared ground? Just guessing, i have no experience in this.
