i have a heater washer pump system. It will help somewhat if the freezing is in the line and nozzles but that is not its purpose. it won't help at all if the fluid in the reservoir is frozen.

the gm fiasco...instead of working (with the company they bought the heated washer pump technology from) to fix the problem after the 3rd recall...gm sued them and put them out of business. pulled the heaters and wiring harness out and credited the customer $100.
