Default HID High Beams Suck: Need Bulb Replacement

Curious if anyone has recommendations on new bulbs? Just bought a new 2018 R/T and the HID high beams are not that great. Low Beams + Fog Lights = Great Visibility, however when you flip the High Beams on, they aren't that much brighter and you lose the functionality of the fog lights. D3S replacement bulbs are freaking expensive, curious if anyone had suggestions before I start wasting money.

Im having an issue changing the drivers side light on my 2017 R/T. Have you had any luck in replacing your lights?

Default Unplugging the bulb

I finally got it. I had an issure separating the wiring harness from the ballast. After having someone hold the ballast from the top, and me pulling from the wheel well I was finally able to separate them.
