my lower control arm rear bushing on my 2011 AWD are cracked on both sides and i'm trying to figure how these are removed, are they pressed out? i cant find anything on them and really dont want to spend the amount for new control arms when i can get the parts just no idea how to remove them. i can't find any DIY anywhere on these.
