dodge 2010

back and driver windows wont go up. I did the remote check by remotely unlocking and winding the window down. now I cant get them back up

Grab and pull on the window while someone else hits the switch, does the window go up?

You may need to remove the door trim panel so that you can get to the window glass as well as inspect the window regulator to see what's not working properly.
