Sticky switch in Maryland
The wiper switch on my '17 Durango sticks in COLD WEATHER. If I turn it to "Mist" is often will not automatically return to off. And when I run it through the settings for the delayed wiping function it is difficult to move from position to position. This ONLY happens in cold (sub 40 degree) weather. Of course the day I took it in to the Dodge store it was 50-plus outside and the tech said they "were unable to duplicate." While it feels like something is jammed up in the switch when I try to turn it in cold weather, in 50-plus temps everything functions normally.
Other than shooting it up with some WD-40 I not sure how to fix this. Is there a way to disassemble the switch without a whole lot of trouble?
(I bought the truck used in Texas so maybe its a warm weather only truck. :-) )
