I’m wondering if someone has seen this before or can help me sense I’m not a technician. I’m having this problem and I’m seeing the red stuff dripping and smelling it being burnt off. It’s not causing any lights to go off on my dashboard neither. Please help

This is from the radiator on the right side when facing the car.

 

Have you removed the radiator cap to see if the coolant level is a similar color and low? Can you describe the odor as it's burning, as you typed? Assuming that the coolant is a similar color, I'd suspect that you have a coolant leak either in one of the hoses where it connects to the radiator or the radiator itself is leaking. A cooling system pressure test could help pinpoint the source of the leak.
