Default 2013 AWD transfer case problems
120,000 miles and transfer case is noisy under load.

V6 or V8?
How many time was it serviced during that time?
Did you keeped you tire rotated to have a symmetrical use between rear and front?

Rotate tires every 7500 miles, never serviced transfer case. It's a v6 AWD so only single speed

AWD Crew 104,000 miles. Had to replace transfer case because of noise and metal shavings in fluid.
About $3800 all in.
