Default Drive Train Control Module & Transfer Case

Hey all been a while since I ve been on. My ‘12DDRT has been diagnosed with an issue to the DTCM and transfer case. At low speeds below 10mph upon turning the truck thinks it’s in 4wd or Low range. It’s to the point feels like I’m binding up and dragging front wheels. In reverse the truck almost doesn’t want to go anywhere with same low gear feel. Dealership telling me it could 1 of the 2 issues mentioned so wants to replace both at a grand total of 3Gs. At first diagnosis they were not sure if it was 1 or the other. I told him to order the DTCM to install and see if it solves, if no dice then order the T Case. Has anyone had a similar issue? I don’t think there were any recalls on this and DodgeCares basically responded with “ We are not mechanically trained here” and basically said good luck. Any info would be appreciated!

Default Follow up:

Drive Train Control Module was changed and truck is back to normal. While it was at dealership I had them change out both F&R diff fluid as well as T-case fluid. I don’t do any towing but it’s got 125k on it. Little freshen up. Will update if anything changes.
