It’s been at the dealer waiting on a new head for 2 months now. Part is on national back order out Of 4 months I have owned the suv. The dealer has had it 3 1/4 months. How long before the part should get there. I am paying for a lemon

The back order sounds like an issue but for what it's worth I previously owned a 2012 crew V6 from new. Head issue came up around 20,000 which was fixed for free under warranty. Drive it more than 40,000 trouble free miles after that. Bummer about the inconvenience but i believe this was a pretty common issue with that engine for a while.
