Same thing just happened to me just now. Turned off the car twice and after the 2nd time for a couple minutes, now it’s back on no issues. Freaky stuff.
On top of this I have recently been having issues with my phone connecting via CarPlay the last 2 days. Wonder if this may be related?
Just had it happen to my 2021 Durango I have 1000 miles on it last week the sound went out and it became unresponsive the next day it was fine and now this morning I have the green screen

I was driving and heard a pop and all the sudden my screen went blank. Came back on after about 30 seconds. Get in my Durango the next morning and I get this green screen. Turned car off and came back to it an hour later and everything is working fine. Has anyone had this screen and knows what it means. Thanks 2021 Durango 10.1" screen.
Same issue here minus the popping sound. Bought brand new in June & currently has 1293 miles on it. Got in this morning and had green screen with audio. Turned it off and back on, green screen no audio. Called dealership & they were unaware of this happening. Informed me to give it a day or so to “reset”. If not resolved, call back & schedule an appointment. Oh how this sucks as I have a road trip tomorrow & was really looking forward to listening to the many SiriusXM stations available. Also, I’m horrible at backing up & really need the back up cam feature. This may take a long while to resolve as available appointments are a few weeks out. Bummers.
I have a 2021 Durango GT Blacktop. This happened a few times and when I called the service they said they can only help if I take the car to the service while this is on. I finally made it about a month ago. I was told this is a "radio" issue and they were going to order a new one. Now after 3 weeks there is no shipment while the car sits at the service lot.
I contacted Dodge because the dealer is not helpful. They don't give me a rental car claiming that there is a rental car shortage. Here is a short email I sent them:
"The service says there is a rental car shortage and don't give me one. You guys say you can only pay 10 days of rental $35 per day. And currently rental cars are twice that much. I am paying the loan when I don't have a vehicle due to a manufacturing issu. I have Sirius that I am not using right now but paying for it. The car is depreciating and I am losing money and time
How am I supposed to go to work and my daily life? It's all messed up. The whole reason i bought this vehicle was to avoid paying $6k of repairs for my old durango. I am frustrated. Never buying another Dodge and cut off my relationship with this location as soon as I get my vehicle back.
I will let this known in Google or Yelp as well. This is unacceptable. I will try to contact the sales department for the dealer and let it known too. Terrible experience."
I had the same issue with my 2021 Durango GT blacktop. The service told me they can help only when I bring the vehicle to the service with the issue on. I finally was able to drive it there more than 3 weeks ago. They said it is a "radio issue" and my vehicle is there since then because there's apparently a chip shortage...
here is an email I sent to Dodge regarding the issue.
______ So I went to the service this morning. I was told that they don't even see any shipment yet. And after the part is shipped it will take another 2-4 weeks to arrive. Realistically I am looking at least another month or so. I personally don't even want to be that optimistic given how things are going so far. I will feel lucky to get it back by Christmas.

I posted below my problem. Can anyone help me out here?
I’m literally experiencing the same thing right now! I have so many issues w/ this screen. Periodically it will shut off when I’m driving and trying to use navigation. Within the first 3 days of me purchasing it it turned black and I had to call the dealership. I hate it and it makes me want to trade to car in because I’m not confident now in the quality of the product. It’s a shame.

Better sell it soon if it's such a low quality vehicle.
