I was driving and heard a pop and all the sudden my screen went blank. Came back on after about 30 seconds. Get in my Durango the next morning and I get this green screen. Turned car off and came back to it an hour later and everything is working fine. Has anyone had this screen and knows what it means. Thanks 2021 Durango 10.1" screen.
We're sorry to hear about the experience you had that lead to this green screen that you've shown in the photos above. If you decide to get this addressed by your dealer, please feel free to keep our team updated on their progress and reach out if you run into any concerns.

Just got in my Durango, and this SAME exact thing happened to me. Called the dealership and they can’t get it in until Monday. Did you ever have it looked at?
@mfoster720 Feel free to keep us updated on the dealership visit you had earlier today. We'd be happy to step in and offer additional assistance, if needed.
I have a 2021 Durango with a 10.1" uconnect 5.0 screen. With less than 400 mi, my screen turned green. I drove it 2 more times, then on the 3rd time, it worked but randomly the audio would cut out. I had to change the station and change it back for the audio to turn back on. I called Uconnect CS and they said no one has ever had this issue. She said maybe no one has ever called about it before. She then said she has no way of searching, and seeing what people have called about. She can only see "known issues" or recalls. She told me to go to the dealership. I went, and after 2 hours, they had no idea what was going on. He tried to order me a new radio, but said the system will not allow him to do that. They sent me away, shrugging their shoulders. So here's the takehome. It sounds like this doesn't happen enough for them to try to fix it or issue a recall. If it happens to you, call, email, complain to whoever you can so they know this is actually a problem. I'll post again if I hear anything else.
Purchased a dodge durango 2021 in May. Same thing happened to me yesterday. Vehicle 2 months old. Radio no sound. Went away after a few minutes and 2 restarts of vehicle. Battery voltage remained at 14.2.
I recommend to get the vehicle to the dealership and have them look at the problem and they may need to get star center involved to help out. I did see any TSB for this condition, but there was flash up dates for others.

Same thing just happened to me just now. Turned off the car twice and after the 2nd time for a couple minutes, now it’s back on no issues. Freaky stuff.
On top of this I have recently been having issues with my phone connecting via CarPlay the last 2 days. Wonder if this may be related?
