Anyone else have this? 6 cylinder. Cost to repair?

 

Depends on where the tick is coming from.....

 

If you have a 3.6 engine, It could be lifters or camshafts. Do you still have any powertrain warranty or service contract?

 

2013 with 145,000 miles. Mine also had the tick. Just got it back from the shop. One rocker arm dropped the needle bearings, one rocker arm spun and lodged its self in the intake valve. Cam was also compromised. The didn't replace the cam. Will be looking for a new ride soon. Don't ignore the tick.
