Default English vs. metric

1. The pressure readings for oil and tires on my '17 Citadel changed overnight from reading in PSI to kPa on the dash cluster. I don't know why it would do that, it just appeared that way one day. I used the steering wheel control to switch it back but nothing works. Everything else on the dash cluster reads in MPH, etc. except for the oil pressure and tire pressure. While there is a function on the steering wheel control to go from MPH to KmPH and back it has no effect on the pressure readings. I couldn't find anything in the owner's manual that would help. Suggestions?
2. I getting news tires later this month (Local Dodge store running buy three get the fourth for a dollar) and will also change out the TPMS on the tires. At about $15 each I figure its good insurance for only $60 for 4-5 years. Right or wrong?

Disconnect battery reset everything. And yes, might as well replace the sensors.
