Default 21 SRT/Hellcat Paddle Shift Faster Or Auto?...

Im still waiting on my ride to be delivered so I can't test this myself...but I know my SRT will have paddle shift and I just want to know if it's faster using paddle shift or keeping it in full auto...

I used to have a 2016 Charger R/T with the paddles. Others seem to like paddle shifters, but I never cared for them. As I recall, the paddles let you shift within the parameters the computer allows but if you hit the shift point, it's going to shift whether you hit the paddle or not. I tried them a few times, but found that the trans shifted the way I wanted it to without me messing with it. The only thing I figured I would ever use them for is if I needed a 2nd gear takeoff in snow.

So far as which is faster, I don't think there's a difference. The main difference between the computer shifting and you using the paddles to shift is who tells the trans to shift. In both cases, the shift is initiated electronically.
