Default P0430 diagnostic reading

Hi everyone, I have a 2012 Durango 3.6l crew 190,000 miles I keep getting P0430 every 2 to 3 days. I have changed air filter, did bottle fuel injector cleaner with premium gas and also a bottle of cataclean with no luck. Came on last year but a bottle of seafoam fixed it. We want to trade it in within next 6 months so I don't want to put a bunch of money in it. O2 sensors is next but I wanted to check on here first. I would just do them myself but I don't think I can get to driverside upstream. The live data seems ok on sensors and the cc passed the temperature test. The readiness monitor readings I am lost on. Comparing to my ram readings I think it might be sensors. The attached pic is a common reading when light comes on. Both bank sensor 1s will fluctuate from red to green. The catalytic bank 2 reading will start in teens but always end up around. 3. Any advice is appreciated!
