Default 8.4 Uconnect changing source

2015 Durango RT here. I've been having trouble with the UConnect 8.4 randomly changing source while driving. Vehicle has about 120,000 miles and this is a newer problem that is getting worse quickly. When driving, the system will cycle between radio, Aux, SD Card, and so on. Sometimes a minute or two between doing it, other times just rapidly cycling through them. Doesn't really seem to be consistent with any other action such as pressing other buttons, turning, bumps etc. Sometimes will do it going down a smooth road, or sometimes works just fine for 10 minutes.

The other one time incident... kid watching a movie, and the head unit just randomly starting skipping ahead on chapters. Switching to a different source for the main cabin allowed his movie to play fine.

I have also tried driving with and without my Ipod classic plugged in, with and without the Aux plug in use, with and without the SD card inserted to try and identify any relationship there. None.

I'm going to also call my dealer but if anyone has had experience with this, I would love to hear what fixed it - especially since I am out of warranty.

I had the same thing happen with my 2017 Journey. I replaced my battery, and it hasn't done it again. Have your battery tested.
On another issue when using my SD or USB card with mp3 on it, it won't randomize the mp3 files is there a fix for this.
