Default Oil life reset

I have a 2015 RT. Just had an oil change at the dealer. They forgot to reset the Oil life indicator, and since they are kind of inconvenient to get to, I want to just reset it myself.

I found a technique that includes pumping the brake three times while in the run position (with engine off) and also a method on the info center with the OK button. Neither is working. I have 10% oil life remaining on the indicator, it had not actually called for an oil change yet. Anyone have any tips on getting this to work? Did they program it so you can't reset unless it is alarming?

What does your owners manual say?

I did the routine from the owners manual and couldn't get it to work. It mentions pumping the brakes three times to floor slowly while engine is off/ignition in run position. But the pedal pressure builds and I'm not sure I'm getting it down far enough to register.

With the key on, Pump the gas pedal three times within 10 seconds and on the third pump hold the pedal down. Then turn the key off.
