honestly there is computer software out there i have most of them but you can do so much more with software. its cheaper too! you can control every aspect of everything hooked up to the ecu. and your not limited to 1 vehicle. its like a better version than the diablo trinity! live monitoring and on the fly tuning.
Does anyone else have a Bully Dog Power Pup? I had a HyperTech Power Programmer and took that off to install the Power Pup... There is an unbelievable difference. I made a mistake by buying the Hypertech to begin with. I am definitely happy with the Bully Dog
Travalinman,I am running the bully dog right now. Plan on upgrading though. I got it because it was kind of a entry level one. wasn't planning on doing much modification to the truck. now i have CAI the E-Fan swap and plans to get a throttle body by THE FASTMAN and some kind of headers. Just need to figure out how to get around the pesky Cali smog bull **** before the headers go on.
That being said I am also looking for some tips for which tuner. seems to be SC and the diablo sport are the two go to tunners. The SC apparently allows for some trany work. main goal is to be able to get a tune that helps with MPG. but I also want to be able to switch the tune to play around on the street as well. all suggestions welcome.
