Red face Determin lift height

I have an 06 Mega Cab that was lifted by the previous owner. How do I determin how much lift is on my truck as I am having issues with my trac bar pulling the axel out of wack. Need to know lift height in order to get the right length bar. Thanks and sorry if I posted in the wrong place. This is my first one.

I was looking at some but most the kits i find say 4x4 and idk if it matters if i have 2wd or not. Most of the ones im finding are 1500 and or like 700 800 for kit and i dont fully know why or what the difference is ...

I have a 4 Inch Skyjacker suspension lift. I love it perfect height for me, and it rides like a dream.

Default RC 2wd 3" lift questions

Hey all found a Rough Country 3inch replacement spring, rear lift blocks with shocks for $300 on eBay. Was going too a level kit but was wondering if this is a better deal? My side spring seems to be about a half inch shorter to. So it looks like I need to replace my front springs anyway. Anyone using this kit?
