Tires (size and fitment)
does anyone know the back spacing measurement of the stock wheels on the 06 2500 4x4 diesel? I want to put the 295x70-17 nittos on there and I'm just hoping they don't stick out too much. I'm pretty sure they won't rub based on other peeps experiences.
does anyone have pics of these tires on a stock wheel?
TIA

I have a 2006 1500 QC and i want to put a 2" lift level and a 3" body, i would like to get kmc xd rockstar 20x10s with -24 offset and put 35x13.5x20 mickey thompson baja atz tires on will the fit or will it rub
I have a 02 2wd with a 3in lift. will i be able to fit 35x12.5 on a 17x9 rim with 5.39" back spacing with +10 offset.
Just an update, they fit perfect no rubbing at all even off road.

I just bought my 08 1500 Big Horn, and I've decided on a 2" lift. However, I also want to get rid of my stock 20" and go with Eagle 17" 186's. I'm only now starting to look at tires, so what would you guys recommend for a good tire, for a good price, that are all terrain / street type tires? I'm thinking 33" or 34" is fine, but will they look funny with a 2" level? Trying to find a good balance between mpg and looks.
Basically, there's a lot I don't know about tires, I haven't had a truck in a long time.
I like the way Mickey Thompson and General Tire look, but I don't know if they are the more expensive because the name type tire or if they are worth every penny. I also prefer American made so that's a plus. I'll go for quality as long as they aren't costing me an arm and a leg though. I also used to have the Grabber ST's on my bronco (RIP) and I loved them. What do you guys think?

Well I'm in the tire market. I'm looking at goodyears' dura trac agressive pattern that (i hope) will serve me well on the street as well. They better, at 1500 bucks mounted. I have a quote from treadepot for 338 a tire Thats the 305/55r/20's. Thats a good price for a big a$$ tire. I hope the dealer can match it and mount and balance for another c-note. Thats the plan. all for under 1500 bucks........fingers are crossed.

Hey I've got a 2008 RAM QC
I put a 2.5" Big Country Levelling kit in yesterday...
got looking at tires (265/70/17) look a little small...
If I go with a 285 70 17 BFG AT KO.. will I get a rub?
Anyone have this truck/tire combo?
Thanks
