I try where I can to push things along but customer service has more of a working relationship with the engineers than I do for issues. I only refer you and others to them because they are a direct link.

6500 rpm's holy cow.... hope you got some mods to help ya that high in the rpm's... 6050-6100 is the highest I use.... I dont know if its cause I got 3.55 gears but my truck seems to dog out any higher.... PLus I hear floating your valves aint gonna do it any good....

Tried to log on and update my programmer and the site would not let me on. Yep not happy. Last time was so easy. Oh well, just goes along with my broke down dodge rearend (2nd tx). I guess on the good side I do not need my programmer for a couple of days.

Currently I am using the 87 tune with rev limiter set to 6500 rpm's and the **** points are set to 5900 rpm's.
When you say yours runs like a demon how do you mean? I had a 2003 Hemi Ram prior to purchasing this truck in September. My 2003 ran 100% better. I could spin the rear tires loose from a dead stop and rip off a 50 ft strip with no problem. And this 2003 didn't have a single mod on it. My 2008 can't turn tire at all and it feels as though it can't get out of it's own way......when compared to my 2003 that is. It does feel like to power is there at times......but other times it seems to be lacking.

just tried to update my superchip 3865 and i connected successfully with server but when i plugged up my SC it came up with a question mark and a zero then it disconnects SC. Plz help me my wise Ram friends! Thanks

I've tried to update mine 2 times this week. and its either my computer something else.. I tried to down load the program and I cant get it to do anything... is there another way to update it?
