ok, i've been reading and reading, and I'm just more confused at this point... so first, the rig:
'03 2500 QC 4x4 HEMI with cat back (FM) and K&N CAI
what programmer is going to give me the best all around (giddyup, shift points, mpg)
i thought it'd be the SC 3815, but then read it's no bueno for an '03
been reading the cortex is pretty awesome, but wonder if it's no good for '03's as well.
can anyone give it to me straight?

good news and bad news. Scott emailed me today, looks like they are ready for 04 beta!! w00t w0000tt!!

unfortunately, I am going out of town for work tomorrow morning, and won't be back till wednesday night...damn. oh well, what's another couple days right?

 

Oh come on man, I was eager to hear how these features work for an 04 and now I am going to have to wait for two more days . Just bag that work trip and do some beta testing

c'mon fellas, i've done plenty of searching, but all i see are "my chip is good"
i'm looking for some decent reviews, some hard evidence that can point me in a direction

 

Depends on what you're going to do with your truck. If it's a daily driver and you're not going to do a large cam, heads, etc. (mods that would require custom tuning), then Superchips would be great choice. It will improve your ride's performance. It will reduce TM and give you better shifts. Superchips works with 03, but it doesn't have shift point control for that year. Tuning will change your truck for the better.
